PEP \u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u6027\u75c5\u85e5\u7269\u4e5f\u4e0d\u540c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6536\u6cbb\u500b\u6848\u7684\u6ccc\u5c3f\u79d1\u91ab\u5e2b\u9867\u82b3\u745c\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e8b\u524d\u85e5\u300c\u66b4\u9732\u524d\u9810\u9632\uff08PrEP\uff09\u300d\u662f\u9577\u671f\u4e8b\u524d\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u4e8b\u5f8c\u85e5\u300c\u66b4\u9732\u5f8c\u9810\u9632\uff08PEP\uff09\u300d\u5247\u662f\u66b4\u9732\u5f8c\u7dca\u6025\u963b\u65b7\uff0c\u4f46\u5169\u8005\u7686\u975e\u767e\u5206\u767e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u800c\u4e14\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u85e5\u7269\u6982\u5ff5\u4e26\u975e\u901a\u7528\u6240\u6709\u6027\u75c5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u91dd\u5c0d\u300c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6027\u75c5\u300d\u5404\u6709\u5c08\u5c6c\u7684 PrEP \u6216 PEP\uff0c\u9632\u8b77\u80fd\u529b\u4e5f\u4e0d\u76e1\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u9867\u82b3\u745c\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u4ee5\u8a72\u540d\u60a3\u8005\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ed6\u6240\u670d\u7528\u7684\u82e5\u662f\u91dd\u5c0d\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08HIV\uff09\u7684 PrEP\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u7121\u6cd5\u62b5\u64cb\u6dcb\u75c5\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u767c\u5c55\u6700\u6210\u719f\uff01\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08HIV\uff09\u7684\u9810\u9632\u6027\u7528\u85e5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ed6\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u9632\u8b77\u529b\u6700\u597d\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u4e5f\u6700\u6210\u719f\u7684\u662f\u91dd\u5c0d\u300c\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08HIV\uff09\u300d\u7684\u9810\u9632\u6027\u7528\u85e5\u3002\u800c\u5728 HIV \u9810\u9632\u4e0a\uff0c\u53c8\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5169\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>HIV Truvada\uff09\u82e5\u6309\u6642\u898f\u5f8b\u670d\u7528\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u529b\u53ef\u9054 92% \u81f3 99%\uff0c\u4f46\u7f3a\u9ede\u662f\u5bb9\u6613\u5fd8\u8a18\u5403\uff1b\u91dd\u5291\uff08\u5982 Cabotegravir\uff09\u5247\u662f\u6bcf 2 \u500b\u6708\u6253 1 \u6b21\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u529b\u9ad8\u9054 99%\uff0c\u512a\u65bc\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HIV \u4e8b\u5f8c\u9810\u9632\uff08PEP\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u82e5\u767c\u751f\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u6027\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u9700\u5728\u66b4\u9732\u5f8c 72 \u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u76e1\u901f\u5c31\u91ab\uff0c\u4e26\u9023\u7e8c\u670d\u85e5 28 \u5929\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u529b\u5e73\u5747\u7d04 80\u301c90%\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u9054 97%\uff0c\u4e14\u8d8a\u65e9\u670d\u85e5\u6548\u679c\u8d8a\u597d\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div id=\"rank-math-faq\" class=\"rank-math-block\">\n<div class=\"rank-math-list \">\n<div class=\"rank-math-answer \">\n\n<p>\u9867\u82b3\u745c\u63d0\u9192\uff0c\u300c\u91dd\u5291\u4e26\u975e\u75ab\u82d7\u300d\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u6703\u6709\u932f\u8aa4\u8a8d\u77e5\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u91dd\u5291\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u898f\u5f8b\u65bd\u6253\u671f\u9593\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u505c\u85e5\u5c31\u6703\u5931\u53bb\u4fdd\u8b77\u529b\u3002\u82e5\u4e2d\u65b7\u65bd\u6253\u91dd\u5291\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u96a8\u6642\u63db\u56de\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u63a5\u7e8c\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u5fcc\u8af1\u81ea\u884c\u505c\u85e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5176\u4ed6\u6027\u75c5\u7684\u5c0d\u61c9\u9810\u9632\u7b56\u7565<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86 HIV \u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9867\u82b3\u745c\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u5176\u4ed6\u5e38\u898b\u6027\u75c5\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4e5f\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c0d\u61c9\u9810\u9632\u7b56\u7565\u8207\u9632\u8b77\u529b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul PEP\uff08\u4e8b\u5f8c\u9810\u9632\u6027\u6297\u751f\u7d20\uff09\u300d\u4f86\u964d\u4f4e\u611f\u67d3\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u5176\u5c0d\u6885\u6bd2\u8207\u62ab\u8863\u83cc\u7684\u9632\u8b77\u529b\u7d04\u6709 65% \u81f3 73%\uff0c\u5c0d\u6dcb\u75c5\u7684\u9632\u8b77\u529b\u5247\u8f03\u70ba\u6709\u9650\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7334\u75d8\uff08Mpox\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u96d6\u7136\u6709\u4e8b\u5f8c\u85e5\uff08Tecovirimat\uff09\u53ef\u9054\u7d04 90% \u7684\u9632\u8b77\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u9810\u9632\u7334\u75d8\u7684\u300c\u9996\u9078\u300d\u4ecd\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u65bd\u6253\u7334\u75d8\u75ab\u82d7\uff08JYNNEOS\uff09\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u529b\u5927\u65bc 85%\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4eba\u985e\u4e73\u7a81\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08HPV\uff0c\u4fd7\u7a31\u83dc\u82b1\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u9810\u9632 HPV \u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u662f\u65bd\u6253 HPV \u75ab\u82d7\uff08\u5982 Gardasil\uff09\uff0c\u9632\u8b77\u529b\u53ef\u9054 90% \u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9867\u82b3\u745c\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f PrEP \u9084\u662f PEP\uff0c\u7528\u5c0d\u85e5\u7269\u96d6\u7136\u80fd\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u611f\u67d3\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4f46\u4e26\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u300c\u767e\u5206\u767e\u300d\u514d\u75ab\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u75be\u7ba1\u7f72\u6709\u91dd\u5c0d\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u65cf\u7fa4\u63d0\u4f9b\u516c\u8cbb PrEP \u88dc\u52a9\uff0c\u82e5\u9700\u5c0b\u6c42 PEP \u5354\u52a9\u53ef\u81f3\u6ccc\u5c3f\u79d1\u9580\u8a3a\u8aee\u8a62\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ed6\u547c\u7c72\uff0c\u5343\u842c\u5225\u4ee5\u70ba\u6709\u4e86\u85e5\u7269\u5c31\u80fd\u76e1\u300c\u6027\u300d\uff0c\u7562\u7adf\u76ee\u524d\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u7a2e\u85e5\u7269\u53ef\u4ee5\u9810\u9632\u6240\u6709\u6027\u75c5\u3002\u767c\u751f\u6027\u884c\u70ba\u6642\u9084\u662f\u8981\u300c\u5168\u7a0b\u6b63\u78ba\u6234\u4fdd\u96aa\u5957\u300d\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u85e5\u7269\u6216\u75ab\u82d7\u96d9\u91cd\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u624d\u662f\u9060\u96e2\u6027\u75c5\u7684\u4e0d\u4e8c\u6cd5\u9580\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
